Uderns – Ried – Stumm – Uderns
If you are looking for an easy, sunny winter walk, you have come to the right place.
From the community centre, head out of the valley, cross the Finsingbach stream and descend directly to the Zillerpromenade. Walk leisurely along the sparkling river towards Ried and on to Kaltenbach before crossing the footbridge to Stumm. Then follow the Ziller back to the Schöffstallbrücke bridge and on to Uderns.
This easy tour is ideal for relaxed winter hiking in the Zillertal valley – perfect for families or as a gentle alternative to snowshoeing in the Zillertal valley.

Winter trail Hochfügen – Loassattel
This high-altitude trail offers you wintery expanses and truly panoramic views.
From the lift car park in Hochfügen, follow the gently ascending path along the cross-country ski trail to the Loassattel. At the top, you can enjoy impressive views towards Schwaz and Innsbruck – a real highlight for winter hiking in the Zillertal and ideal if you want to experience a sporty tour or snowshoe hike in Tyrol.
This moderately difficult tour is also ideal for a guided snowshoe hike in the Zillertal.
