For all standard rates (without special labeling) the following conditions apply:

When booking, a credit/debit card must be provided as a guarantee. However, the card will not be charged and will only be used in the event of a cancellation that is not free of charge. If you do not have a credit/debit card, please pay a deposit of € 300,- per booked room within 7 days of booking to the following bank account:

The deposit is of course deducted from your hotel bill. We politely request that you settle your hotel bill during your stay, or in advance via bank transfer. Transfers can be made fee-free within the EU. We are happy to accept: Visa, Mastercard, AmericanExpress, Eurocard, ATM card (EC card) or debit cards. You can also pay for your room in cash.

For non-refundable rates (clearly marked as such) the following applies:

The total amount will be debited immediately upon booking using the selected payment method.

Local taxes are € 2.60 per person and night and are obligatory for anyone over the age of 16.

Reception open daily from 08:00 to 20:00.

Check-in: 16:00 to 20:00. Booked rooms and apartments are available for you from 16:00 on your arrival day. Should your room or apartment be ready earlier, you can of course enjoy access then. If you will be arriving later, please let our Reception team know in good time.

Check-out: by 10:00 on the day you are due to depart. There is the option to make use of our late check-out area which has lockers, showers and WCs (fee payable for some elements).

On departure day, direct bookers can also enjoy all the lovely facilities in our wellness area for a special rate.

There are plenty of free parking spaces available around our hotel where you can park your car during your stay. For apartments in the Modern Deluxe category (Garden, Top View) and Traditional View, 1 free parking space in the underground garage is available per booked apartment.

Get in touch if you would like another space, or a space in the underground garage that is not included in your booking option.

Please note that our buildings are non-smoking areas. Designated areas have been provided for outdoors for smokers.

Well-behaved dogs are very welcome in our 'Garden' category. On request we are happy to provide a cosy dog bed.

An extra fee is levied per dog and night. We would like to point out that you must state you are bring a dog with you when you make your booking, so we are able to take account of this when allocating rooms.

Dogs are not permitted in wellness areas. Unfortunately, fighting dogs are not permitted. We apologise for any inconvenience.

When you make a booking, or upon arrival at the latest, please let us know if you have any food allergies or intolerances.

On request, you can of course get information about what are meals contain.

The hotel's own a-la-carte restaurant, Anna’s Stubn casual dining, Is open 5 days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday closed). More information about opening times can be found on the restaurant website.

You can reserve a table via our guest app, the website or at Reception. Should you have a specific table request let us know. We will do our best to meet your requirements. A fee is payable for the services mentioned.

Breakfast is available every day in our a-la-carte restaurant, Anna’s Stubn casual dining, in the guise of a buffet.

There is also the option of enjoying our bread delivery service. Order via the guest app or at Reception. A service may be payable for the services listed or included, as per your booking.

  • up to 21 days before arrival: free cancellation
  • 20 to 14 days before arrival: 60% cancellation fee of the booked arrangement
  • 13 to 7 days before arrival: 80% cancellation fee of the booked arrangement
  • 6 to 0 days before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure: 100% cancellation fee of the booked arrangement

Any deposit already paid will, of course, be refunded in case of a free cancellation. For comparison: On Booking.com, free cancellation is only possible up to 30 days before arrival. Within 30 days, 100% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

For non-refundable rates (clearly marked as such) the following applies:

Payment is made directly at the time of booking via the provided credit card. In case of cancellation or no-show, 100% of the total amount will be charged.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance in both cases to ensure you are well protected should the unexpected happen. This insurance can easily be added during the booking process.
