We are happy to take the time and provide you with advice on choosing a room, and will give personal tips when it comes to deciding what to do during your time off.

No problem: we will do our best to fulfil your requirements as best we can.
Best cancellation conditions
For all standard rates (without special labeling) the following conditions apply:
- up to 21 days before arrival: free cancellation
- 20 to 14 days before arrival: 60% cancellation fee of the booked arrangement
- 13 to 7 days before arrival: 80% cancellation fee of the booked arrangement
- 6 to 0 days before arrival, in case of no-show or early departure: 100% cancellation fee of the booked arrangement
Any deposit already paid will, of course, be refunded in case of a free cancellation.
For comparison: On Booking.com, free cancellation is only possible up to 30 days before arrival. Within 30 days, 100% of the total amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
For non-refundable rates (clearly marked as such) the following applies:
Payment is made directly at the time of booking via the provided credit card. In case of cancellation or no-show, 100% of the total amount will be charged.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance in both cases to ensure you are well protected should the unexpected happen. This insurance can easily be added during the booking process.
