Cancellation policy

• up to 7 days before arrival free cancellation
• 6 - 4 days before arrival 50% cancellation fee of the booked arrangement
• 3 - 0 days before arrival 80% cancellation fee of the booked arrangement

Furthermore, the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry from 15.11.2006 apply.

Booking terms

Bookings are carried out in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (15.11.2006 version). Offers are created according to actual availability at the time of booking. If you depart earlier than planned, you will be charged 80% of the remainder of what you would have been charged had you stayed for the full booking. Please note that external services cannot be refunded.

Arrival and departure

Your room(s) will be available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival and until 10:00 a.m. on the day of your departure. 

Payment of your hotel room

We gladly accept: Cash, Eurocard, Mastercard, Visa, EC debit cards or CASH.
