Best cancellation conditions & personal goodwill
Sometimes things turn out differently than you think and you have to cancel your long-awaited vacation. Only with us directly you ALWAYS get the best cancellation conditions:
- FREE cancellation up to 7 days before arrival
- 6 to 4 days before arrival 50% cancellation fee of the booked arrangement
- 3 to 0 days before arrival 80% cancellation fee of the booked arrangement
For comparison, free cancellation on Booking.com is only possible up to 14 days before arrival. Within 14 days you pay a cancellation fee equal to the total price (100%).
Room upgrade (subject to availability)
Guests who book directly with us will get a free upgrade to a higher room category on the day of arrival (subject to availability).
Breakfast on the day of your arrival
Are you in the Zillertal early in the morning and want to have breakfast with us right away to start the first day of your holiday strengthened? No problem - we will be happy to book breakfast for you on the day of arrival at a special price of € 14.00 per person.
Free late check-out and early check-in (subject to availability)
So that the first and last day of vacation can be enjoyed to the fullest, we offer our direct bookers the option of a free late check-out or early check-in on the day of arrival or departure, subject to availability. Just ask at our reception!
