Tobogganing in the Zillertal

Tobogganing is a must-do for everyone on a winter holiday!

During the day under the sun or in the evening under starry skies, tobogganing is great fun for everyone young and old. Walking or taking the lift up the mountain, stopping at a hut for some refreshments, and then enjoying an exciting downhill ride to the valley – that’s what tobogganing is all about! The Zillertal has 14 perfectly-prepared toboggan runs with an overall length of about 45 kilometers. What’s more, 30 kilometers of those runs are illuminated in the evenings so guests can enjoy some great nighttime tobogganing!

We, the Pachmair family, love this enjoyable yet challenging type of sport. We are happy to provide you with our very own free toboggan rentals. Tip: Every Wednesday it’s time for the Pachmair Tobogganing Evening. Ask our staff at the reception desk for more information!
