Our tips for motorcycle tours:

Grossglockner High Alpine Road
Unique panoramic road through the high mountain region on the most famous road through the Alps. With an overall length of 48 km, this mountain pass road with 36 hairpin turns leads deep into Austria’s largest national park, which covers an area of 1,800 km² in the states of Salzburg, Tyrol, and Carinthia. The Edelweißspitze is the highest point along the mountain road at just over 2,500 meters above sea level. Several 3000-meter peaks are within view, but the tallest of them all is the Grossglockner. At 3,798 meters above sea level, Austria’s highest mountain towers above the entire region.

Kitzbühel Alpine Tour
The Kitzbühel Alpine Tour starts in Uderns and leads past Gerlos to Krimml in the Pinzgau region of Salzburg. Traveling along a beautiful mountain road, you reach the WasserWunderWelt in Krimml, a fascinating aquatic journey to the source of the Krimml Waterfalls in the High Tauern National Park. The tour continues to the Thurn Pass in the Kitzbühel Alps. Leaving these two incredible mountain roads you will pass by the Schwarzsee and the Hintersteinersee, and then head back to Uderns.

Lake Tour
Visit some of Tyrol’s most beautiful lakes on your motorcycle: The tour starts in Uderns and takes you along a beautiful mountain road past the Krummsee and Reintaler See to the Thiersee. From there, you head further into the Bavarian Alps to the Schliersee and then to the Tegernsee in Upper Bavaria. The way home leads from Bad Tölz past the Sylvensteinsee to the Achensee.

Schlegeisspeicher, Zillertaler Höhenstraße (mountain road), Hochfügen
The mountain road (1,000 to 1,790 meters above sea level) starts only a few kilometers south of Mayrhofen, in the quaint mountaineering village of Ginzling. Drive through the Zemmtal and you’ll reach the fascinating mountain world of the Zillertal Alps. After the tollbooth you’ll drive through the Zams Creek Valley, with pine forests, Alpine flowers, and waterfalls. The Schlegeis Reservoir is an ideal starting point for wonderful walks and impressive trekking tours.

The Zillertaler Höhenstraße is one of Austria’s most beautiful mountain roads, reaching heights of up to 2,020 meters above sea level. On the tour you can enjoy stunning views of the Zillertal Alps as well as the gorgeous natural landscape. There are plenty of mountain restaurants where you can stop for a bite or a drink. You can enter and exit the Zillertaler Höhenstraße in the towns of Ried, Kaltenbach, Aschau, Zellberg, and Hippach.
